📦Shipping

Orders are posted Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel Post. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.70, regardless of how many items you purchase.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

💌Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase! If there's a problem, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully before purchasing, as I do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. I will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Returns process

If a return is approved, items must be sent back in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
