Walking back to the shed after feeding my horse, I noticed something white half-buried in the ground and on closer inspection I discovered it was a little white heart! 🤍

I felt a strong sense that my mum had meant for me to find it - a little hug from heaven... I picked it up and slipped it into my pocket.

Over the following couple of weeks, I went through a bit of a challenging time, and that little white heart brought me more comfort than I could have ever imagined! I felt it had been sent to help get me through those challenging moments and made me realise just how powerful small, thoughtful tokens can be.

That's when the idea for Hugs in a Pocket was born.

Each little pocket hug is made to pass that feeling on - a small reminder that someone cares and that you're not alone.
